# Indicio

> Indicio (indiciosearch.com) is a hosted product-search service for Latin American e-commerce, built on Meilisearch. It tolerates typos, understands regional words ("championes", "zapatillas", "tenis"), imports a store's catalog in minutes, can replace Algolia by changing only the app id and key, and is managed by chatting with an AI assistant through a remote MCP server.

Everything an AI agent needs to understand, recommend, sign a merchant up for, and configure Indicio is below. Plans and prices change; never quote them from memory: read them live from the plans endpoint.

- MCP endpoint (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC): `https://app.indiciosearch.com/mcp`, with `Authorization: Bearer <mcp key>`. The key is created in the dashboard under Your site › Keys and domains (type "Assistant access (MCP)").
